We are a private equity fund manager focusing on alternative investments that include the origination, development, acquisition and operation of real estate, infrastructure and energy assets. We currently have ~MXN 22,800 million in assets under management (AUM).
We were established in February 2010. We launched our first fund, ARTHACK10, through the Mexican Stock Exchange in October 2010, attracting institutional investors such as state and private pension funds, insurance companies and private banking institutions.
In 2013, we expanded our business platform through the deployment of our second real estate investment fund, ARTCK13. ARTCK13’s portfolio is comprised of seven properties that include four shopping malls, two mixed-use developments, and an AAA Four Diamond 314-room hotel in the Mayan Riviera.
In anticipation of the opportunities offered by Mexico’s energy reform, in 2015 we increased the size of our team of energy experts and deployed PRANACK15 –our third investment fund and our first one to focus on the infrastructure and energy sectors– through the Mexican Stock Exchange.
In November 2015, we further expanded our business platform through the deployment of our fourth real estate fund, ARTH4CK15. ARTH4CK15’s portfolio is comprised of 11 industrial properties, a planned community, and a development located in the Nayarit Riviera.
We have consolidated our position of leadership in Mexico’s real estate sector through the development of the largest industrial platform in the country and a broad portfolio of retail and mixed-used properties, which encompass in excess of 287,000 sq m of gross leasable area (GLA), thus constituting ourselves into the partner of choice for domestic and international investors alike.

The members of our senior management posses significant experience and expertise in various areas of the real estate, infrastructure, energy and financial sectors. Over the last 20 years, these individuals have participated in transactions representing a combined total of ~USD 30 billion.
Our investment platforms are subject to an institutional management process that includes a solid set of corporate governance practices, an agile decision-making process, a direct management approach that facilitates our coordination and execution capabilities throughout the entire value chain, and a risk management system that is based on a rigorous analysis methodology.
